Check WooCommerce Stripe orders against the matching PaymentIntent or Charge.
PayMatch turns payment-state, refund, amount and currency mismatches into a clear financial review queue—so your team can investigate before deciding what to fulfil, refund or reconcile.
Illustrative interface—not live merchant data.
One checkout. Two versions of the truth.
A shopper sees success in Stripe while the WooCommerce order stays Pending payment, Failed, On hold or Cancelled. Raw gateway logs may hold the clues, but they don't give your team a financial worklist.
From disagreement to investigation
Check WooCommerce Stripe orders against the matching PaymentIntent or Charge.
Show issue-specific exposure by currency instead of inflating every finding to the full order value.
Keep findings and scan history, open the matching records and resolve each case deliberately.
Schedule checks and notify your team only when newly observed discrepancies appear.
Designed to stay out of the money flow
PayMatch does not capture funds, issue refunds, replay webhooks or silently change order status. Stripe requests originate from the merchant's WordPress installation, and credentials are not sent to a PayMatch service.
Start with a check. Add protection when you need it.
Planned launch price
PayMatch Pro is planned at $79 per year for one site. The price can be weighed against your own order values and operational costs, but PayMatch does not promise savings, recoveries, error-free operation or complete detection.
Plain answers before you install
PayMatch surfaces discrepancies. Your team verifies the evidence and decides what happens next.
It compares recent WooCommerce Stripe orders with Stripe and surfaces disagreements: Stripe-paid orders left pending, failed, on hold or cancelled in WooCommerce; WooCommerce-paid orders Stripe does not confirm; and refund, amount or currency mismatches.
No. PayMatch is intentionally read-only for payment reconciliation. It does not change order status, capture funds, issue refunds or replay webhooks. A finding is evidence to investigate—not an automatic instruction to fulfil or refund an order.
No. Read-only describes the actions PayMatch does not take; it is not a security certification or a guarantee of complete detection. Back up your site, use least-privileged credentials, test on staging and independently verify each finding before fulfilment, refund, accounting or customer-service action.
Usually not when the official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway is active. PayMatch can reuse its existing Stripe connection. A restricted-key fallback with read access to Payment Intents and Charges is available for other setups.
Stripe requests originate from your WordPress installation. PayMatch has no cloud dependency, and it does not send your Stripe credential or customer card data to a PayMatch service.
Both editions declare WooCommerce HPOS compatibility and query orders through WooCommerce CRUD APIs. Pro compares WooCommerce refund totals with Stripe, including partial refunds, and flags the difference.
Not yet. The corrected packages passed offline parsing, integrity, version, security-pattern and packaging checks, but no live WordPress + WooCommerce + Stripe staging integration test was supplied. Activation, database migration, cron execution and real Stripe test-mode behavior still require staging validation.
Before checkout opens
This page has no account, contact form, analytics SDK or active checkout. The plugin contacts Stripe from your WordPress installation; PayMatch does not receive your Stripe credential or customer card data. Pro findings and scan history are stored in your WordPress database. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical request logs under their own terms.
The planned price is $79 per year for one site. The plugin states GPLv2 or later. No purchase contract is offered on this pre-launch page. Final seller identity, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax and license-service terms must be presented at checkout and will control any purchase.
Sales are closed while the public support email and support URL are being finalized. Do not rely on this page for urgent operational or security support. Any future support scope and response expectations must be published before checkout is enabled.
Corrected releases 0.7.1 Pro and 1.0.1 Free passed offline code and package checks. Live staging integration with WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe has not yet been completed. Read-only behavior is not a security certification.
PayMatch provides diagnostic information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial or payment-processing advice. It may miss, delay or misclassify findings. Before production use, back up your site, validate the plugin on a staging store, use least-privileged credentials and independently confirm every finding. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation, loss prevention or recoverability. Final customer terms should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in the seller's jurisdiction before sales open.
