What problem does PayMatch look for?
It compares recent WooCommerce Stripe orders with Stripe and surfaces disagreements: Stripe-paid orders left pending, failed, on hold or cancelled in WooCommerce; WooCommerce-paid orders Stripe does not confirm; and refund, amount or currency mismatches.
Does PayMatch change orders or move money?
No. PayMatch is intentionally read-only for payment reconciliation. It does not change order status, capture funds, issue refunds or replay webhooks. A finding is evidence to investigate—not an automatic instruction to fulfil or refund an order.
Does read-only mean risk-free or guarantee every mismatch will be found?
No. Read-only describes the actions PayMatch does not take; it is not a security certification or a guarantee of complete detection. Back up your site, use least-privileged credentials, test on staging and independently verify each finding before fulfilment, refund, accounting or customer-service action.
Do I need to create another Stripe key?
Usually not when the official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway is active. PayMatch can reuse its existing Stripe connection. A restricted-key fallback with read access to Payment Intents and Charges is available for other setups.
Where does my Stripe data go?
Stripe requests originate from your WordPress installation. PayMatch has no cloud dependency, and it does not send your Stripe credential or customer card data to a PayMatch service.
Does it support HPOS and partial refunds?
Both editions declare WooCommerce HPOS compatibility and query orders through WooCommerce CRUD APIs. Pro compares WooCommerce refund totals with Stripe, including partial refunds, and flags the difference.
Has the plugin been tested on a live staging store?
Not yet. The corrected packages passed offline parsing, integrity, version, security-pattern and packaging checks, but no live WordPress + WooCommerce + Stripe staging integration test was supplied. Activation, database migration, cron execution and real Stripe test-mode behavior still require staging validation.

Privacy
This page has no account, contact form, analytics SDK or active checkout. The plugin contacts Stripe from your WordPress installation; PayMatch does not receive your Stripe credential or customer card data. Pro findings and scan history are stored in your WordPress database. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical request logs under their own terms.
Commercial terms
The planned price is $79 per year for one site. The plugin states GPLv2 or later. No purchase contract is offered on this pre-launch page. Final seller identity, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax and license-service terms must be presented at checkout and will control any purchase.
Support
Sales are closed while the public support email and support URL are being finalized. Do not rely on this page for urgent operational or security support. Any future support scope and response expectations must be published before checkout is enabled.
Current validation status
Corrected releases 0.7.1 Pro and 1.0.1 Free passed offline code and package checks. Live staging integration with WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe has not yet been completed. Read-only behavior is not a security certification.
